Fairness-Guaranteed DER Coordination under False Data Injection Attacks

The development of the Internet Energy (IoE) is facilitated by integration information technology and growing utilization distributed energy resources (DERs). usage DERs, particularly photovoltaic systems battery storage systems, in IoE has revealed potential for DERs to be leveraged grid control. To encourage DER owners participate management, operators must coordinate with guaranteed fairness. However, fairness coordination now endangered due concerns about cyber attacks on DERs. This paper considers false data injection (FDIAs), where attackers can tamper measurements sent operator. We study impact FDIAs develop an algorithm that guarantees presence FDIAs. formulated as optimal power flow problem reduces voltage fluctuations attack impacts, increases revenues, ensures system-wide achieve fair coordination, we propose analog definition different types incorporate measures into coordination. Additionally, a robust Least Absolute Shrinkage Selection Operator regularizer designed forecast actual values fraudulent mitigate attack’s impacts. Using distribution feeder from Southern California Edison system, demonstrate effectiveness proposed approach: assured both without attacks. algorithm’s efficiency justified average execution time 2.56s.
